The chefs at EATALY pavillon are changing monthly and for their regional menus they are using the Paderno grid of equipment.
The gala dinners, instead, are set up with Sambonet Hannah flatware and a special edition of Rosenthal plates: the décor is ideally inspired to the tree of life, from the roots of an overturned Italy it originates the Country’s biodiversity.
